On Oct 22 2009,Microsoft is going to release new version of Windows- Windows 7.This version is most likely to be the best and most popular version after the launch of Windows XP in the year 2001.With the release of Windows 7,Microsoft expects to give a tough competition to brands like Apple and Google.
The launch of Windows 7 will take place at press conference,New York on October 22,2009.The launch will be in the presence of Steve Ballmer, Microsoft's chief executive.During this conference,they will also share further plans for standalone stores promoting their software and devices.
Microsoft-watcher Matt Rosoff said, "Microsoft has a tough job to do convincing companies and consumers that an operating system still matters."
The last upgrade done by Windows did not do well as it was full of bugs.Yes, we are talking about Vista which was launched in January 2007, but Windows 7 has received good reviews and business analysts hope it would be a worth spending done by corporate IT.
